2. How do I export a presentation
so that I can burn it to a CD-Rom or save it on a flash drive?
In
the presentations section, select the presentation that you
would like to export from the drop down box. Right click on
it and select 'Export'. This will display a box asking you
for the folder that you would like to export the presentation
to. Once a folder is selected, the presentation will be exported
to that folder as a 'pps' file. Now you can burn it on to
a CD or save it on to a Flash drive.
3. While I am creating
a presentation in the Presentation Builder, I drag one slide
to the right side of the screen and other slides also appear
- these slides appear grayed out and I can't move them or delete
them.
The slides that appear grayed out are bundled together with
the original slide that was used. This bundle can not be moved
or deleted. The slides are bundled together for compliance
and regulatory reasons. Please contact your specialty liaison
with any questions.
