1. Where do I find my user
information?
Your
user information should be located on the CD case that came
with your CD. If you have misplaced that CD, please contact
Exploria's Customer Support Team.
2. I'm trying to log into
the application with my user name and password, but it keeps
saying "User not found in database", what do I do?
Make
sure that you are only entering your LAST name into the program
and are not entering any extra spaces or characters. If you
are still unable to log in, please contact Exploria's Customer
Support Team.
3. I installed my application
and a message appeared that said 'I have exceeded the maximum
number of installs'. Does this mean I can't use the program?
Each
registered user is given up to 3 installations. For example,
you can install the program on you work computer, home computer,
and laptop. If you receive the message above, please call
the Exploria Customer Support Team.
