1. What is contained on
the CD-ROM?
The CD-ROM is an installation-only CD. It installs the program
on to your hard drive, and creates a shortcut via the icon
on the desktop. After installation of the program you will
NOT need the CD to run the program.
2. How much hard drive space
will this program use on my computer?
The Exploria Speakers Bureau application that is actually
installed on your computer is less than 50MB. This may increase
depending on the the size of the slide and video content included
in the program.
3. Where do I install the
program on my computer?
Please
install the program on 'C:\Program Files' on your hard drive.
This is the program's default location.
4. What is the difference
between online vs. offline?
When
you install the program, you must be connected to the internet
to register. When you choose to work 'online', you will automatically
receive any content that has been updated since the last time
you worked online. You may choose to work 'offline' (no internet
access necessary) to view, build, and edit presentations with
the most updated content. This gives you the flexibility to
use the program without being connected to the internet, for
example if you are traveling.
5. When I select 'ONLINE',
I keep receiving a 'File reception error'. Shortly after, my
application quits on me. What do I do?
Please
contact Exploria's Customer Support Team for assistance.
6. I installed my application
and a message appeared that said 'I have exceeded the maximum
number of installs'. Does this mean I can't use the program?
Each
registered user is given up to 3 installations. For example,
you can install the program on you work computer, home computer,
and laptop. If you receive the message above, please call
the Exploria Customer Support Team.
