    System Requirements
    • Operating System (OS): Windows 2000, XP, VISTA, or Macintosh 10.3 or greater

    Why are some icon grayed out and some bold next to the presentations
    • If you are allowed to use the presentation it will be bold. There are some presentations that you must "start with" when building a presentation.

    How do I build a presentation?
    • Select the presentation from the tree on the left and drag it to the builder on the right. You can also drag individual slides from the preview panel on the lower left of the screen.

    How do I delete a slide?
    • Click on the slide and choose delete under the slide dropdown.

    How do I view the slides larger?
    • You can double click on the slide to view it in slide manager and double click again to view it full screen.
    • You can click on the slide and select slide / View Builder or Panel.
    • You can use the zoom bar upper right corner.

    How do I download my presentation?
    • Click on the presentation you wish to download and choose PPT 2003, PPT 2007 or MAC. Slides will be downloaded as locked PPT. MAC slides will be in JPG format.

    What are the slide rules?
    • Red line bundle - Slides must stay in that order and travel together
    • Green line bundle - Slides can change order and travel together
    • Red box - Slides must stay in that order but you can add slides between
    • Check - These are mandatory slides that can not be deleted
    • Pencil - These slides can be edited

    What is the New next to a presentation or slide?
    • This indicates there has been a change to the slide or presentation.

    How do I move the red and green bundles?
    • Click on the red or green bar and all the slides will travel together.

    How to I view the slide notes?
    • Double click on the slide to view the slide manager.
    • Use the zoom bar upper right corner, extreme right will display notes.

    Where are my custom presentation saved?
    • User presentations are saved under "My Presentations" folder.
